ABOUT CORBIN
Corbin Vreeland is a designer and woodworker specializing in custom wood furniture and products. Throughout his life, Corbin has been fascinated by the use of natural raw materials as a medium for personal creativity in designing and building. With an affinity for time-tested and lasting craftsmanship and an admiration for the forest and what it can provide, Corbin has built a great respect for the craft of creating with natural materials.
Corbin has honed his skills as a woodworker through the study of traditional woodworking techniques and constant experimentation to improve and add upon a base of minimalist modern, Japanese, and Shaker design aesthetics, resulting in a style that is both warm and contemporary. Through a desire for personal growth, experimentation, and a bit of mentorship, he has developed a clean style that celebrates the organic expressiveness of the wood.
When not working in his shop, Corbin can be found outside with his camera, or perhaps not found at all during frequent off-the-grid camping trips in the backcountry with his dog, Task.
